Émigré Services

One of our strongest traditions at Jewish Family Services is helping recent immigrants navigate their way into their new lives in America. Our Émigré Center provides a wide range of services for immigrants of all ages, with a particular emphasis on Russian immigrants. Our services include assistance with resettlement, securing citizenship, advocacy, and document and other translation services.

Through confidential counseling and support groups we also help immigrants cope with the stresses and challenges, the highs and lows that are unique to the immigrant experience.

Our Émigré Center is also known throughout the region as offering a premier holocaust resettlement program. We consider it our special mission to help holocaust survivors cope with the unique challenges that still linger 60 years after the holocaust.
