Surviving the midlife tug of war
April 28th, 7:00 -8:30pm Register Online
Most caregivers take on the responsibilities of caring for an elderly or ill family member willingly and without concern for how long they will need to fill this role. Over time caregiving responsibilities may become more difficult to balance against competing needs such as work and personal family life. This program will provide strategies for managing stress while taking care of everyone’s needs including your own.
