Other Services Offered by JETS

Jewish Family Services also offers family and individual counseling, a variety of community support groups, and assistance through the Kosher Food Pantry, the Helping Fund supported by the Jewish Community Foundation for basic needs, and medication, fuel, and holiday assistance programs. The Mandell JCC is a drop-off location for donations to Food Share and the Kosher Food Pantry.

If you have concerns about your overall financial situation or if you have a consumer issue due to recent layoff, the JFS volunteer Money Coach is available for appointments on Wednesdays from 9-4 at Jewish Family Services. Call 860-236-1927 to set up an appointment.

A special task force of the Jewish Federation of Greater Hartford, whose Annual Campaign supports more than a dozen local Jewish social service agencies, is monitoring and assessing agency financial health and progress during the current financial crisis.
